Here's some weird, but funny and expressive Japanese animation from an obscure 80's OVA.

I found these on this person's blog, which identifies the animators.

This is almost as weird as Pani Poni Dash! ??? Which that anime came out 21 years later after this.

I'm not just a fan of classic golden age animation, I'm also a fan of video games, anime, and modern animation (both 2D and CGI animation).

Seeing this classic opening and learning more about the series, Cutie Honey, and it's adaptations over the years makes me interested.  It is a Japanese anime, but once you see the opening, you'll get the theme song stuck in your head for a while.

Oh don't worry...they will  >:(

By the way, here's some food for thought which may not be true, I heard Disney does allow it's content on Youtube, but they must have ads on those videos.  Last I checked, I would think Disney would be all over the removal of stuff like Song of the South.

I don't know if Disney has any kind of official policy, but they seem to let a lot of stuff remain on YouTube. Pure speculation here, but perhaps it is seen as beneficial to them to allow fans to share and enthuse about Disney content. People posting and commenting on easy to find low quality YouTube Disney clips keeps enthusiasm going for films which are available complete in higher quality DVDs, characters which are available on a ton of merchandise, songs which can be bought and themeparks you can pay to go to.

Disney has been widely criticised for the way it fiercely guards and extends copyrights, but when it come to video sharing sites they actually seem pretty cool about it.

Hmm don't wanna derail this fine thread, so here's a rarely seen piece of Mickey and Horace and Mickey animation which tied together the intermission between THE PRINCE AND THE PAUPER and THE RESCUERS DOWN UNDER in the original theatrical release.

You should be okay, Warner Brothers doesn't mind clips of Looney Tunes on YouTube that much. It's just full stuff that gets the most attention.
I love classic cartoons!

Does Warner Bros. still allow the public domain Looney Tunes & Merrie Melodies to be
posted on YouTube?

Seems like it. At least Falling Hare and Yankee Doodle Daffy have been up forever.

Nice fine, Mac! This would've been a great bonus (or Easter Egg) on Mickey Mouse in Living Color Vol. 2.
Happy Holidays, everyone!
