A Super question for Steve
« on: January 04, 2015, 12:25:56 am »
Hi Steve:

I was just wondering...Of all the different  (3-4) dvd versions of the Paramount/Fleischer Superman cartoons out there, which do you find the best? And when you view them, do you see room for further improvement (regarding color/restoration, etc.)?
"It's amazing, colossal, stupendous...and it's good, too!"

I like the Bosko Home Video release; unfortunately they plaster the dates in the bottom corner of each cartoon, which I did not care for.  I was extremely disappointed with the Warner Home video release and will not buy it; mainly because of how poorly done the restoration of the cartoons were.
