Tonight's the night that Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol is airing on CW/WPIX at 8pm (in t-minus 33 minutes and counting!)! To remind you, it's running for a good 90 minutes which means (unlike the bittersweet NBC airing 2 years ago) there should be no cuts whatsoever! I'll update this post with my review of the airing and you do the same.
By 8pm tonight Magoo's is gonna be back, back, back on TV!
UPDATE: OK, all finished and.....IT WAS UNCUT (99.99%)!!!! Everything was there! The only things that were missing (let me finish, nothing bad!) Was the Ghost of Christmas Past's one line "Come." after she says "My time grows short." (like in the NBC broadcast) and a shot of Brady or James inhaling some snuff. The audio is intact, but the shot is replaced by the same shot of Brady, James and the other gentlemen laughing as Scrooge and the Ghost of Christmas Future enter the scene. That's it! Everything else intact! Now THIS is how it's done!!! Bless you DreamWorks, bless you CW for doing it right! One word; Perfect.
UPDATE: Another omission of dialogue (still, nothing to really fret over): It appears that in addition to what I mention, another line of dialogue was cut (not that big though):
