"Classic Looney Tunes" series on VHS
« on: December 13, 2013, 10:36:44 am »
I have checked Jon Cooke's excellent guide in GAC.com of DVD and VHS releases, but I think it doesn't mention one particular series, called "Classic Looney Tunes" that focuses on the major LT stars, and was released during the late 80s.

On EBay, I found a couple of hints:

Next to them, there have been Road Runner, Foghorn Leghorn, Pepe le Pew and Speedy Gonzales releases as well. Does anyone know about this particular VHS series and the full contents of them? I'm interested, because I think these cartoons were on rotation when I was a kid in a show that used this intro: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0H8WH8q6NbA

That's in the UK (they're UK releases).  You wouldn't find them on Jon Cooke's site

I haven't read in the site that only US releases count. Nevertheless, I hoped for some research, but it seems noone cares anymore, the community clearly jumped the shark.
