An apology from LTF
« on: April 13, 2013, 11:53:39 pm »
Hello members of the IAD Forums.

I'm truly sorry about not getting around to these more. I know I should but, I really do not have the time to make a review each and every week. As I'm only 13 years old(bet that will surprise a lot of yah :P), I don't want to be stressed out all the time. I am attached to many other little projects around the interwebs that I don't have time to fit this into my daily schedule.

I don't want to hand the baton to anyone else yet, as I still think I can do these, just not one every week. Maybe on the first Sunday of the month, I could do one. Therefor it can fit into my schedule, and I'll make the members happy too.

Again, I apologize, and I hope to implace this starting next month. :) Till then, keep watching the classics. ;)

Yes probably a good idea for you to pour energy into your middle school studies and what not. You will have time enough in the future to indulge in time consuming reviews and such .

I hope I can get a new one up this weekend, which will be posted in the regular TTTP board. :)

To gain more interest, no one seems to, pardon my language, give a damn about them anymore because I get hardly any replies. When Gloworm and even before her, they were sparking in activity. Now all I get is 1-2 replies per discussion, which make me not want to do them as much. :/

The Cartoon Discussions of the Week are a fantastic idea. Maybe you'll gain more interest once this forum gains more members. To be honest, I have a few requests for CDOTW.
Happy Holidays, everyone!

I actually have an idea for a CDOW, but I'm having trouble finding an English version of this MGM cartoon ("Chips Off the Old Block") and won't do another one till I find it.

If it's the cartoon about the orange cat who sounds like Donald Duck taking care of a litter of kittens without the knowledge of a realistically animated woman, the cartoon plays on the MGM "show" on Boomerang from time-to-time.
Happy Holidays, everyone!

Yeah, that's the cartoon.  Unfortuantly, I don't know how to convert video recordings to a computer, so I can't upload it.

In fact, according to the Boomerang online schedule, it's scheduled to air as part of the block airing on June 27 at 3:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

Thanks.  I thought this cartoon would make an intresting topic as this was made near the transitional period of MGM cartoons.
