Well good copies of the cartoon itself are out there(I have one myself, the French Channel 5 print) but of course it doesn't have the mountain(or the sing-a-long for that matter) But if Steve knows people with a 35mm IB Tech then no worries, he'll probably put it out sometime.  ;)

Decided to use a few titles from earlier in the series instead... maybe goofy will show up on another set at some point with cartoons related to it!

;)

Ooooh definitely looking forward to that.

ParamountCartoons have you ever actually searched for Old MacDonald? Not the just the VHs but maybe a 16mm or 35mm print? If you want it so bad why don't you start looking for collector and archives and whatnot.

I remember at the beginning of this project that Steve had said that he was going to include a print of Goofy Goofy Gander in this set but later said that he wasn't. Does anyone exactlyvwhat happened? Didi he not find a print, did the available print have too many splices?

Sort of an OT but does anyone know of a way that I can seperate each cartoon from the disc into their own seperate VOB files?

I think that he means that he's talking about the splices. I don't know how he knows this since he hasn't seen the cartoons yet but even if the splices are still there I personally could care les seeing as this release will be awesome nonetheless. Can't wait to see your next project Steve!

Just obtained a GREAT color print of "surprise" with original titles and,I think, no splices. I got lucky this time and traded an old 16mm Terrytoon for it but I'll probably have to do a fundraiser disc to raise money for the prints and transfers. A rough, but decent transfer of "surprise" will probably be on there as well as hopefully some more rare Famous stuff........I feel like Steve typing this!  :P

Anyone know any serious Famous Studios collectors? :huey:

A Mutt In A Rut seems to have ripped off Pluto's Judgement Day much more than The Seapreme Court(it's much better cartoon too)

I have been planning on doing a Complete Buzzy and Katnip after Huey, but unless I stumble upon good prints of all of the Little Audrey cartoons and get them for free or VERY cheap then I will never do Little Audrey. Probably some of Famous's worst work(after Screen Songs) Little Lulu however......(Steve I would like your personal opinion on this project! The Huey one that is..)

Well, the studio did somewhat stole storylines form some of the best Disney cartoons.

Really? Which ones?

What? The already available prints are the Harvey Eastmancolor TV prints. I will be using the theatrical Technicolor prints. As I said in my post the set will be for everyone on here to purchase too(whoever helps/donates a print gets a free copy btw)
Oh,ok. Well,I would love a copy if this got through, but wouldn't you be infiringing copyright? BTW: Why couldn't you use your print of Swab The Duck since you uploaded it? :fudd:

I will be selling this collector-to-collector just like Steve's fundraiser discs(which do have copyrighted cartoons on them). I asked Jerry Beck and he said that he wouldn't allow me to use the copy on YouTube or his actual 35mm(I think that he would be okay if Steve transfered it though...)
