This time it's stuff from GAC.  The Looney Tunes on Television Guide.  First of all all the articles moved to Kevin McCorry's website.  Second, his website is DOWN.  It's been down for 2 days.  Are we REALLY LOOOSING OUR CARTOON SITES?  Those are a GREAT source of information such as episode guides and such.

Is there ANY way to contact this gentleman?  Is it on that Wayback site like the Toontrackers and Dave Mackey's sites are?

EDIT:  Looks like I answered one of my own questions

TTTP In Exile / Tom and Jerry Sorry Safari Question
« on: December 16, 2014, 11:40:53 am »
There is one scene where Clint Clobber ties one of his guns to Tom's head then fires, causing him to lose what I think would be his hearing.  Once the gun if fired, for all these years, I remember watching it and the sound would just mute for a few seconds, then it would suddenly come back.  For a while I thought it was an error on Cartoon Network's part only to think, "You know, maybe it's a gag to represent Tom losing his hearing."

THEN, I turn on CN today to see the same cartoon on.  Clint ties the gun on Tom's head, fires it, but this time there WAS sound as if the music continued.  Now I'm confused.  Did CN had an error all these years, or did CN just decided to add that music (cause it sounded like an edit there) to make it flow better (and thus tampering with the original)?

Nothing new with the content, however.  Mostly stuff that's already out on home video.

TTTP In Exile / Who really was The Dogfather
« on: October 15, 2014, 11:04:20 am »
Charles Brubaker tells us all about him.  That helps since we have a member named The Dogfather and maybe I can get the jokes when he posts on the party forums.

Feel free to discuss about the topic based on the press release.  This may have been brought up before but in a different Boomerang topic.  This topic is solely on the rebrand itself.

I am not a major Garfield fan because to me, Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the Peanuts gang are more sacred to me, but these specials are getting released in a big way (I remember at least two of them) and I hope they release more

I remember seeing a copyright notice 1991 on some cartoons, but looking at the Totally Minnie special from 1988 (the one that debuted Russi Taylor as the voice of Minnie Mouse), the clips used were colorized.  Does anybody have any info on that?

General Discussion / RIP Saturday Morning Cartoons (1950's-2014)
« on: May 30, 2014, 11:17:10 pm »
Not that anyone cares anymore since it's been a while since a really good Saturday Morning block on a network (ABC, CBS, NBC, the CW), but the tradition has ended.  the CW, the last network to show Saturday Morning cartoons, has decided to get out of it.
