Questions, Comments and Suggestions / Cartoons On Various Formats
« on: December 22, 2014, 06:03:23 pm »
I have faith in this site, but what I believe we need is a way to list what is tracked here by the various formats that was officially released.

There has been releases other than DVD, Blu-Ray!!!! Try 35 mm film, 16 mm film, 8 mm film, Beta, CED, VCD, Laserdisc, VHS, etc..  Some of those releases contain portions of the initial release that has NOT been edited, etc....... by the SUITS that release currently today.

I find the daily schedule for cartoons over the cable / airwaves to be pppfffffttttt! In my opinion, we end up with watching commercials more than seeing a cartoon. I cut the cable, power cord, TV 15 years ago. I'm a classic cartoon collector that remembers watching Inki, with the Minah Bird on saturday mornings as a pup.

I agree with another poster here the subject lines get confusing to the point who is talkin' about what? I suggest that Steve makes a topic on a specific release and all to points to ponder is directed to that subject. If a new post is made the mods should move it. My thoughts on Thunderbean is ?, I understand he may be into other things, and we as collector's are wantin' it yesterday. In the real world things don't always go as planed.

The Little Orphan (1949)
Feedin' The Kiddie (1957)

In the final scene, Tom, Jerry and Tuffy say "grace" at the table, but the audio is muted, the lips are moving ie... (Jerry). Is there any known release that the scene isn't muted?

Curious here, why do some of you collect those, especially for the price, when you may not be sure if the cartoon, is edited and/or playable?

The other 3 "Elmer Fudd's Comedy Capers", "Foghorn Leghorn's Fractured Funnies" and "Pepe Le Pew's Skunk Tales" that was initially released in 1986.
