The network advertisements for the program "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" during the commercial breaks for "Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol" were longer than their other network advertisements.

I went ahead and moved in.  I am going to announce the retirement of my "King Delbert" name.  It's outdated.  It goes back to my sophomore year in Jazz Ensemble when everyone called me that.  Nobody calls me that anymore.  I've been meaning to get ride of that name for a long time.   Now's the best time to do so.  From now on you'll see my REAL name, Justin Delbert, and when speaking to me, simply refer to me as Justin or even better Delbert.

Now will you move the party threads?  I kind of wanted to save what I've written this past Thanksgiving.

Why did you choose to go by your "real name" on the new site?

Well, isn't that where we're all moving???  I'd just figure just go ahead and change it there rather than here where we are finishing up this month.  I think about one more month of using King Delbert will be good and fair enough.  After that, I think the name Delbert will stick out more and I'm kind of tired of using the King name anymore.
Oh and another thing, the King name was also because I wasn't on social media when I joined GAC.  My whole name is now out there nowadays on Facebook and Twitter, so why not?

I would rather keep using my nickname on message boards for personal reasons and only use my proper (legal) name on other sites for professional and legal reasons.

TTTP In Exile / Re: Jerry Beck on Stu's Show 12/3/14

^Were you referring to Jerry Beck? If so, he had referred to the movie "Frosty Returns" as "the sequel" to the "Frosty the Snowman" movie from 1969 while talking about some of the animated movies with Christmas themes to be broadcast this December, including some produced by Rankin/Bass such as their "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" movie from 1964 and "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town" from 1970 ("Frosty Returns" was not produced by Rankin/Bass, by the way).

I have a good feeling that Jerry Beck would talk about Turner Classic Movies' plan to broadcast the animated movie titled "Twice Upon a Time" on the first day of next February (a Sunday).

Update:

I did not hear any mention of the plan on the program (I heard about 98 percent of it, including the parts about my e-mail concerning the true sequels to Rankin/Bass' "Frosty the Snowman" movie from the year 1969).

^I doubt Turner Broadcasting owns them and doubt the Walt Disney Company would ever have their ownership of them relinquished.

A picture of Synonamess Botch and some nightmare bomb models was added to the profile page for "Twice Upon a Time" in the movie database on the official World Wide Web site for Turner Classic Movies recently (the page usually did not have any pictures from the movie every time I had accessed it until this week).

General Discussion / Re: NBC's Holiday programming
« on: November 19, 2014, 09:04:08 am »
The name of the program scheduled for December 16th is "Elf: Buddy's Musical Christmas".

I had intended on posting a topic about NBC's special holiday programming plans for November and December around the time I posted the one about CBS' plans for such programming, but they had no news release (or "press release") about those plans by then. I had planned on checking again shortly after posting the topic about the CW Television Network's plans for special holiday programming for this November and December last night until I had discovered Billy joel Fan had done so later that night.

By the way, here is a link to the news release from which the information about NBC's special holiday programming plans came.

Will this be the poorly edited version that aired on CBS a few years back or a more complete version of the special?

Did you mean NBC?
