Synopsis

This Pixar short is mostly a midquel short to The Incredibles. (Just like Bambi II, Tarzan II and The Fox and The Hound II are to their original movies!) Here we see Jack-Jack Parr and his babysitter Kari McKeen getting ready to have fun as only a baby would. Once Kari put on a Mozart CD, Jack-Jack discovers his own superpowers. Such as teleportation, levitation, sticking to the ceiling upside-down, breaking out of a crib (I'm not sure how he did it.), making himself holographic by going through walls and floors, laser vision, and setting himself on fire (Just like the Human Torch, only spooky)! All was chaotic at the Parrs' residence. Kari was going out of her mind trying to control Jack-Jack. That is, until Syndrome appeared (This time, he had no eye-mask!) and Kari thought he was her replacement "sitter" (Hence the S on his suit.), and she believed him! This whole thing was an interrogation done by Mr. Incredible's work-friend, Mr. Dicker. In the movie, Jack-Jack was able to "flame on" then turn metallic and make a literal "little devil" out of himself! Turns out that baby has more superpowers than the rest of his family! The short ended with Mr. Dicker wiping away Kari's memories of the whole predicament. Thank goodness he did, or she would've been acting crazy for the rest of her life! Strangely enough, this is the only short in Pixar's short films collection DVD and Blu-ray disc to not have an audio commentary about it! Nevertheless, it's still a hilarious babysitting escapade! I hope Donald Duck never has to be a babysitter to Jack-Jack; he had enough trouble with Baby Shelby in the Mickey MouseWorks/House of Mouse era.
