From Patrick Malone :

The best entry so far in this series. Mickey's expressions are better and the situations and conclusions work better together. This series as a whole has been emotionally less than satifying, but this one works. Maybe it's because Minnie has a bit more to do here than just being a helpless captive. And at least here, Pete gets his just deserts.

From Juan F. Lara :

This short was like Staircase in that Pete had another obstacle course of video-game type dangers for Mickey. This short was amusing. I thought the pacing was good in the scenes where Mickey dodged the boxing gloves, and I liked the way Minnie stopped Pete. The cage Pete put her in was good for a laugh as well. At the end, Pete apparently had a canon that still worked, and Mickey was heavier than he looked.

From David Gonterman :

About time Minnie starts to defend herself. But it makes me wonder where does she pin her bow to. South Park Warning: When Mickey plays horsey with one of the cannons. I won't describe the matter. Damage to Minnie: Being Caged. 'Nuf Said.

From Lee Suggs :

This is a fun short, short. I especially liked the cage and the part where Minnie saves Mickey. Pete's punishment was also well handled. I think this is the best of this series.
