From Ryan :

I enjoy this short because it deals with a major problem that the average human being faces. That problem being insomnia. In this cartoon poor Goofy suffers from just that. Nonetheless, he seems to have no problem sleeping elsewhere such as at work. One part I like is the scene where the scientist views Goofy's brain waves while he sleeps. It shows some of the things that he is thinking about such as kissing a woman and then being smacked in the face. I have never seen the uncut version of this cartoon and I have for years wondered why that line had been cut from it. I had read that the line "delves deeply into the occult" can but doesn't here) mean worshipping the devil.

From Trae Robinson :

I remember seeing this cartoon on T.V. before. Now I have "The Complete Goofy." This is a pretty cartoon with Goofy. The part where Goofy trys to sleep like animals is absolutely silly.

From Baruch Weiss :

This is an okay cartoon, but not one of my favorites. It is another shut eye cartoon, but I liked the scene where Goofy counts sheep and then counts rapidly and yells "STAMPED, AHHHHHHHHH!"
