Synopsis
Obsessed with beating Cecil Turtle, Bugs Bunny tries to uncover Cecil's secrets and declares a rematch. Once he uncovers Cecil's racing secrets, Bugs dresses up like a turtle (shell and all) to beat him at his own game while a band of gangster rabbits will stop at nothing to keep the tortoise from winning but what they don't know is that the tortoise they're stopping is Bugs (while Cecil disguises himself as a rabbit).
