Synopsis

Ignatz uses his new credit card to order a "Kat-a-Scope" and "Brick-et Launcher" to bean Krazy Kat with bricks. After hearing Offissa Pupp saying that "a credit card cannot friends; loyal and true friends," he decides to order a load of "loyal and true" friends and host a party. After Ignatz catches one of the friends using his cigars, he throws them out. He calls for some "instant friends" which just eat his food. Once again, they use up his cigars and are thrown out. Offissa Pupp then arrests Ignatz for not being able to pay his bill.
