Synopsis

Felix works at the Relief Department with a goose whose golden eggs are turned into coins that are given out to help the poor in a seaside village. Captain Kidd discovers the secret of the goose and sets out to steal the goose. Felix then turns himself into a cannonball and has to save the day from Captain Kidd and his boatload of pirates.
