Synopsis

Before giving up his old toys, Timmy wishes for one last chance to play with his Crimson Chin action figure. Timmy becomes doll sized and the action figure becomes real so the two can have an exciting last adventure. Little did they know the adventure would involve trying to rescue Cosmo and Wanda from the clutches of Vicky's sister, Tootie!
