Synopsis

Mr. Krabs teaches SpongeBob and Patrick that “borrowing” an object without permission is okay as long as an object is returned before it’s missed. SpongeBob and Patrick “borrow” a balloon, but when it pops, they flee Bikini Bottom. Little do they know it’s actually Free Balloon Day.
