After the events of "Special Delivery", Elder Kettle takes Cuphead and Mugman to the city for a fun day, much to their initial confusion. They drive over to the optical store to buy expensive sunglasses. As they leave, Elder Kettle tap-dances out of the store with Cuphead and Mugman in tow. Immediately, it is revealed that Ms. Chalice possessed Elder Kettle to take the boys to the city. The trio thinks nothing of it and decides to continue their fun day. They drink root beers and play pranks on the townspeople by possessing them and making them tap dance. Finally, they decide to go get their fortunes. But Chalice's fortune turns out to be a calling card from the Devil. She hides it from Cuphead and Mugman by asking them if they want to go get some cotton candy. and lies by telling them to go on ahead and that she'll catch up. However, she goes into a back alley where she's greeted by Henchman. He escorts a scared Chalice to Inkwell Hell, as the Devil wants to talk with her.
