The Blue Racer discovers that he's a snake is he's not too happy about it. An owl psychiatrist suggests that he make up his mind about what he wants to be so the Blue Racer follows his secret desire to be a sheep dog.

A majority of the cartoon is riddled with animation errors such as cel sprockets being photographed, frame numbers being drawn in, ends of cels being seen, and scenes where spaces between character's heads and bodies are noticed.
Director Bob Balser’s last name is misspelled as “Balsar”.
