Synopsis

Felix gives a rousing speech to all the cats of the U.S.A. and is broadcast on the radio. He shoots an arrow to a planet with rings around it, perhaps Jupiter, where one of the many bicyclists on the ring of the planet pulls Felix up and promptly beats him and kicks him over to the neighboring planet of Mars. There Felix uses his cartoon power and accidently awakens some weird aliens including a robot. Felix sends a message back to Earth via shooting star and then all the cats invade Mars!

From ConanS :

This is one of the best Felix the Cat cartoons. The space theme and having Earth invade Mars as opposed to the norm of Mars invading Earth makes this even more interesting. Felix also uses his tail to make a question mark and other things, a power that he never really used once moving over to the Van Beuren studio.Pat Sullivan may have been the director but I have yet to verify this. The copy I reviewed has on the title screen "Jacques Kopfstein presents" and "by arrangement with The Bijou Films Inc."
