Synopsis

At the dawn of motion pictures, Brain gets the idea to make motion pictures about a mouse who wishes to take over the world, and hopes that, since audiences cannot distinguish between fantasy and reality, that they will hail him as a leader in turn. Their first film is poorly edited, but the producer they pitch it to thinks it is a comedy and loves it. Pinky and the Brain star in many comedies, where Brain is often squished by objects. Next, Brain quits his job and decides to star in a drama about a mouse who wants to take over the world, "The Emperor Brain", but it is a flop.
