Synopsis
-
Mr. Moppet wishes that he had a full head of hair, so Lulu enlists Tubby to make a formula that will grow hair on her father’s head. When they apply the mixture to his head, it turns blue. Mrs. Moppet notices and forces Lulu and Tubby to pour the mixture out. The next day, Mr. Moppet finds that the hair tonic works. Unfortunately, the hair won’t stop growing, so the kids have to invent an antidote.
