Synopsis

Scrappy thinks his dog Yippy is dying, so he sets out to get a dog tonic that will save him. He ventures into the "rough house alley" to get the tonic. On his way home, he is stopped by a vicious gang of kids, who try to steal it from him. Once he gets the bottle home, he trips and breaks it. Scrappy begins to cry, but it turns out that all was for naught--Yippy was pregnant with puppies.
