BLUE RIBBON MERRIE MELODIES
---- THE ODDITIES GALLERY: PART 2----

Here are a couple more Blue Ribbon oddities.

"The Mighty Hunters"

Chuck Jones' "The Mighty Hunters" was reissued as a Blue Ribbon Merrie Melody in 1954. Unlike every other Blue Ribbon reissue until 1957, this cartoon didn't have its original titles replaced (as seen above). It did have the original "That's All, Folks!" replaced with a "THE END" card (like all other BR Merrie Melodies reissued in 1954).

"Scent-imental Over You"

This 1947 cartoon was reissued as a Blue Ribbon Merrie Melody in 1955. It is interesting because it includes that "Pepe Le Pew in" above the title.
