The IAD is in financial trouble. Please read here.
NOTE: In 1931, Walter Lantz faced economic problems. Due to budget restraints, Lantz needed to make some cutbacks. First, he shortened the lengths of his films and then introduced a secondary series of cartoons starring Pooch the Pup. Lantz also post-synchronized the first six Disney Oswalds with James Dietrich soundtracks for theatrical release. Many sources, including Leonard Maltin and Jeff Lenburg, incorrectly list these releases as original Lantz products. To straighten out these misconceptions, we have compiled a guide of the Disney Oswald shorts that Lantz reissued. Note that today all of these shorts (with the exception of All Wet) are in the public domain.
