I discovered this by sheer dumb luck, because Movies! is one channel away from the Heroes & Icons channel on my cable TV box's guide. Movies! is an over-the-air channel that shows classic movies from a variety of studios, with commercial breaks. Saturday morning's schedule has included a Columbia Blondie movie, Laurel and Hardy (shorts and features), and (awhile back) Fractured Flickers. My cable TV box guide's description:

"The adventures of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig and Friends."

The "original airdate" is 04/19/30.

My cable TV box's guide lists as the voice cast: Mel Blanc, June Foray, Eric Bauza, Jeff Bergman, Bob Bergen (which I'm sure isn't accurate).

On Saturday, August 9th, "Looney Tunes" airs from 7:40 AM to 8:00 AM, and from 11:05 AM to 11:15 AM.

On Sunday, August 10th, "Looney Tunes" airs from 5:40 AM to 6:00 AM, and from 8:50 AM to 9:00 AM.

I wonder if these have been licensed from WB, or if they're just showing the cartoons that are in the public domain?

They are licensed. Movies! is run by Wiegel the same people who run Me TV and Me TV Toons. They did air for a little while then they rested them. Nice to see them return and in better blocks

That didn't last long. "Looney Tunes" isn't on the Movies! schedule for Saturday, August 16th, or Sunday, August 17th.
