DAMN! Even in this quality, that is some fine animation. Elastigirl's elasticycle ain't got nothing on this.
Personally, I do not find it quite fair to judge squash and stretch animation from two different types of animation.
Do you have to take everything literally? My comment was meant humorously. (I loved the Elasticycle scene in
Incredibles 2, by the way.)
And even if I had meant it 100% literally, why is it "not fair"? Comparing different mediums of animation can be very important in order to bring light to their different strenghts. One of the big reasons CGI animation has become more expressive during the past 10-15 years is that many animators, directors etc. have strived to make it more like classic hand-drawn animation in terms of elasticity, character expressions, and so on.
