The official World Wide Web site for NCircle Entertainment has a section  for placing an order for a new copy of the movie from them before the date new copies of it were expected to be available from them (February 14th, 2017 (a Tuesday)).

Hopefully the DVD will allow you to watch the full uncut movie ala the original VHS, without having to watch the deleted scenes separately from the film like on the past DVD edition.

The date on the page mentioned in my first message ("3/14/2017") was replaced with a different date ("9/5/2017" (for September 5th, 2017 (a Tuesday)).
