When I was watching some Colonel Bleep on Mill Creek's Giant 600 Cartoon Collection (I've been on a Bleep kick lately), I noticed these credits tacked onto the episode "The Pirate Plot", and I'm baffled. Where they originate, I don't know, but I'm guessing Streamline's Bleep VHS series.
