I am a big fan of the old Saturday morning cartoons in New York area. Ray Forrest, Crusader Rabbit, Sandy Becker (Vanilla, Vanilla), etc.
I am trying to find an old cartoon that had a town of happy people and a town of perpetually grumpy people. One line in the cartoon is something like "How are you today?" - answer is "Terrible" - retort is "That's fine."
At the end the townsfolk all turn happy from some bottled sunshine or something. Anybody else ever heard of this or know where I can view it? I've searched for years off and on for this cartoon.
