Hi All
Looking for an ID for both the Elf/Faerie character and his friend the moth girl.
Seems to me he was some sort of inventor. Not sure what movie/TV show this is from. As I recall its from the late 80's to early 90's
Your help is greatly appreciated :)

Don't recognize him, sadly. But I'm guessing the show he came from was "David the Gnome".
