Are you sure that you've written my address correctly on the packages? Because even customs duty shouldn't take this long to get through.

And still no reply from the man himself, sadly... Steve, could you please give us a heads up so we know that you're at least checking what's going on with this? It's really frustrating to wait so long and STILL not have what I ordered.

Some orders of Cubby going out of country are still here- going in the next day or so. Flips have started going out; some TB thursdays that didn't make it out of country are going too.

Steve, I decided to take you up on that, since I still don't have my Blu-rays (and since this comment doesn't answer any of my latest questions). Steve, I still haven't gotten the Cubby Bear preorder yet. I already sent you an e-mail about it a while ago. Do you need any specific information about the order? 🤔

If you didn't get something, please send an email- it's steves@thunderbeananimation.com. Please include what you ordered and your address. The main things left to ship here are ones going to countries other than the US. The Flip sneak preview is all set. In addition, I have 6 packages here that were returned with the wrong address as well, and will be sending those again this week if I'm able to contact everyone.

We're doing a little Halloween set this week now that's Flip is out- if you were one of the people I messed an order up on, write me and I'll send the Halloween disc free. Whew!

Please email me if there is anything you don't have, and please include your address. I have a handful of orders that have been returned as well as some that I don't have an address for and haven't heard back from via email.

The past 'Special' sets are not available; at some point they may be again, but it's hard to say....
