I thought Warner Home Entertainment wouldn't release this show on DVD since they now a days think the Looney Tunes have lost their touch (kids would rather watch Scooby Doo and Tom & Jerry today). But I'm surprised they are releasing it finally.

More like they think the original films (you know, what made the Looney Tunes classic characters to begin with) are unpopular with audiences, and in any event any Blu-ray releases in the future will need the approval of us pesky collectors who actually appreciate them as animation/film history; meanwhile, TV-on-DVD releases like these are cheap to manufacture and guaranteed to make some money from the people who watch this show!

Look at it like this; this release could lead to new releases of the classic shorts. 😉

I hope, since I'm still waiting for WB to release all 119 of the pre-1943 black & white Looney Tunes on DVD and/or Blu Ray remastered, uncut, and in their original black & white presentations.

Only 42 were remastered on DVD and/or Blu Ray, while 17 were released on DVD, but only in standard quality (in total, that's 59 black & white Looney Tunes released on DVD so far). Which means 60 (or 77 if you want to count the shorts that have yet to be remastered) have yet to be released on DVD and/or Blu Ray.

I doubt the complete series will be fully released on DVD. They might only stick with iTunes and Amazon Video for releasing the complete series once it finishes, like they did with "The Looney Tunes Show." Warner Home Video gives Scooby-Doo and Tom & Jerry better home video treatment these days. Heck, "The Looney Tunes Show" didn't have any second-season episodes released on DVD, yet its' sister show "Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporate" DID get the complete series released on DVD. The only Scooby-Doo stuff Warner Home Video is hesitant to release on DVD is most of the 80s Scrappy-Doo stuff (except the "13 Ghosts" series) and the rest of "Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get a Clue" (again, the complete series of the latter is available for digital download.)
