I would like to know what part in the animation of the film starts with the Disney's then new animator's designs since half of the production was done by the old animators before they left to work for Don Bluth and Disney hired new animators to finish the last half of the film?

I think it was scattered in different places throughout the film. I recall Don Bluth and his team animated that scene with the Widow Tweed milking her cow Abigail.
