A real treat tomorrow! WPIX will air the original 1971 Rankin/Bass classic Here Comes Peter Cottontail April 3rd at 8pm!!! Only thing is, it ends at 8:58pm meaning there might be cuts. Still, at least there's love for the non-Christmas Rankin/Bass specials:

Not to mention, having looked for more info, I think it would be better to change WPIX to "CW-affiliated stations including WPIX". People throughout the States will get to see it after all.

It's great to see this special have a comeback on TV, but I doubt it will be shown uncut. They always have to edit the specials to either make room for other specials and movies in the time slot or to show more commercials (ABC Family is a good example).
