Going by my cable TV box's guide, tonight Boomerang is showing only Yogi Bear segments from
The Huckleberry Hound Show like they did on April 4th. (And the reason for that day's programming on Boomerang turned out to be that April 4, 2023 was the 100th anniversary of the founding of Warner Brothers.) The description for "Slumber Party Smarty" uses the name Yakky Doodle, but I don't think the duck had that name at that time. (One year at the Florida Antiquarian Book Fair I saw a Little Golden Book with the title
Tom and Jerry Meet Little Quack.)
I wonder if Boomerang will show the 1980's episodes of
The Jetsons? MeTV doesn't, but they only show one episode a week.
Of less interest to members of this board, other new additions to Boomerang's schedule starting today include
A Pup Named Scooby Doo (which has occasionally aired as filler between the 7:00 PM Scooby Doo movie and
The Flintstones),
Tom and Jerry Kids and the infamous
Baby Looney Tunes.
