In fact, Farm Foolery was released on September 14, 1930, which indicates that he left the studio in the summer of 1930 rather than the spring. I note that he also animated the dancing walruses and the second barber bear scene in Frozen Frolics released on August 31 so I think it is unlikely that he left VB before the summer.



It is also possible that the release of his two short films was delayed as it is the case for Hide and Seek, but it would be very difficult to prove it.

After seeing Noah Knew His Ark again, I think Vet also animated the final scene where all the animals on the ark dive into the sea (I'm basing this on the shape of the elephant's mouth as it swims toward the camera).
