Sorry to take so long about this. Real life and yadda yadda yadda ...

But I've been working on it the last few days. I'm not quite there yet, but I wanted to show you what I had. Here's an example of what the new artists page will look like:

For those artists without a biography, the sub menu just won't appear.

Okay, I think we should be all set. On the bottom of the artist page there should be a button that says "Add Bio." Click on that to enter new information. Let me know if you have any issues with it.
