Do we really need a reboot of this show? I know the show is great today, but if they done almost everything in the show, then it doesn't need a reboot. What's next, a reboot of Darkwing Duck?

Personally I believe the original TV program and the theatrical movie based on it are enough.

I found some details about the casting for the new "DuckTales" on a World Wide Web site named Disney Afternoon Forever .

Oh no, I doubt they will try to sound like the original cast from the original show, but who knows.

But I hope they will keep Wendee Lee (the voice of T.K. from Digimon, Konata from Lucky Star, and Haruhi Suzumiya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) to voice Mrs. Beakley in the reboot since she did a fantastic job as the character in the remastered game. She really sounds like her original voice actress "Joan Gerber".
