Is there a way you can have the search system ignore punctuation or certain characters?

For example, if I want to search for “Run, Run Sweet Road Runner” (1965), I cannot use “run run” since there is no comma in that search term. I can use “run,” “sweet,” or “road runner” though.

Also, parts of words won’t work. For example, “run road” won’t return “Run, Run Sweet Road Runner”. Can this be rectified? Is it necessary to rectify it?
