I personally wouldn't trust it just based on the cover and the fact that it's a DVD-R. That info tells you that it's probably just going to be a cheaply made disc with maybe some color adjustment in Windows Movie Maker (lol).
Isn't there a definitive DVD release of this film?
As far as I know, the film hasn't really been released officially. I guess a "definitive" release would be what's out there right now, which, again, as far as I know, is just this. If you do grab it, I wouldn't go into it expecting a Thunderbean type of restoration.
