Are there any other collectors of the format. I would like to gather information, share knowledge of rare releases not yet available on DVD and/or Blu-ray.

Laserdisc info is by and large readily searchable. It is not a secret you need shared with you. If there's something you run across you don't know about, then it makes ense for you to cross check it for DVDs.
Check google groups for the old Usenet archives of laserdisc groups.
https://groups.google.com/forum/# !search/animation$20laserdisc
Or just google animated and laserdisc.

I've found the online LaserDisc Database to be a useful resource.
Under the advanced search, I have no idea why they list Animation and Cartoons as two separate categories:

Life With Feathers (1945) - Platinum Collection Vol. 3 - Disc 2

Rhapsody In Rivets (1941) - Academy Awards Animation Collection - Disc 2

Also, to update you on "The Golden Age Of Looney Tunes Vol. 1 - Disc 4

Well seems like a few are interested in the subject. I my opinion these are the pre DVD's. Hands down a lot better quality than VHS/Beta. I will provide additional info on other laserdiscs as well, in the near term. I have always trusted this site, and will continue to provide.

I love the laserdisc format. So far I've got a couple Looney Tunes ones, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, and even managed to find a Sailor Moon Japanese one for a cheap price.

Also have VHS, Betamax, DVD, and Blu-Ray collections. 🙂

Lucky! I wish I had the Laserdisc LT sets, as many of the cartoons on them have been taken off of YouTube, even though most of them aren't on DVD anyway. :/

I probably have 97% of MGM and Warner Bros. (Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies) releases in the laserdisc format. For cartoons not released DVD and/or Blu-ray they are of greater quality than official releases of VHS, Beta, CED, VCD etc... For the most part they are unedited/censored. Currently I'm collecting the Peanuts and/or Charlie Brown laserdiscs.

Is it possible to upload them? The ones on YouTube are like 144p; I'd imaging Laserdic is about 360p.

No, won't do that, the internet is not the same as 10 years ago. Too much risk.
