Anyone got the cartoon from the old VHS (the first US release, the UK release) where it is uncut?
The DVD copy is ruined by DVNR.
Please do PM me and thanks. I'd want a very good quality transfer of the short in DVD.
I'll give the details of what I offer in PM so please do contact me if interested.
I remember Sogturtle from the old GAC days got a copy but I don't know if he'd like or not to send me a copy (I'd also would like to make very interesting deals with him).
Thanks a lot.

I hate to say, but the DVD copy with the DVNR is the only print I can find online. I don't know why WB would add in DVNR on their releases of classic cartoons on DVD.

I have it uncut and without DVNR from a VHS.

Which VHS had "Droopy's Good Deed" uncut? The only one I know that has this cartoon ("The Adventures of Droopy") is edited.

The PAL version of Adventures of Droopy is uncut, the US one is cut.

Looks like Duck Dodgers has to use a video editing software (either Sony Vegas or Adobe After Effects) to convert the video back to its original NTSC speed and pitch.

@LuckyToon After Effects won't fix the audio. You'd need Premiere Pro that.

You have to right-click on the video you are editing in the timeline, the highlight Time and go to Time Stretch. Then you can stretch the length of the audio and video to its correct pitch.

This video  might help you.

There were two releases of the "The Adventures of Droopy" VHS. The original release was uncensored; the later release was censored. They have different case artwork, and I think the case of the original release is slightly larger.

I wonder what the reason was for this situation.
