What video games do you know of that feature familiar cartoon SFX (from the WB, Hanna-Barbera, Jay Ward, Disney, etc. libraries)? And what are those SFX?

It seems that Nintendo has really been on a Treg Brown binge lately. Animal Crossing: New Leaf features the WB "rubber stretch" sound whenever you use your slingshot; Pikmin 3 features the rubber stretch then a typical WB "pop" whenever you pull out Pikmin; Super Mario 3D World uses another WB pop whenever you exit a pipe with a lid or a transport box pops up (and it carries over into the 3D World levels in "Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker"); and the recently-released Super Mario Maker has some WB quick slide whistles whenever you relocate Mario by pressing the S (start) and G (goal) buttons at the bottom of the Wii U gamepad, in addition to using a "softer" variation of the WB anvil hit as a part of one of the sounds you can add to your level!

And Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, which was developed through one of Nintendo's American divisions, uses a hefty amount of Hanna-Barbera SFX, in addition to a Treg Brown "boink" when Cranky Kong uses his cane as a pogo stick ([scrooge]: Ripoff!) and yet another WB "pop" when you gain lives after a Game Over.

There was a familar sound effect with the Jeep-like vehichle on Banjo-Tooie (specfically the Witchyworld missions), but I can't pinpoint the library.....

probably something that belonged to Producers' Sound Service since a similar sound effect was used in Bon Voyage Charlie Brown and the sequel special.

Also the Kid Pix franchise had one sound clip that was full of WB sound effects (including Mel Blanc's scream)

Crash Bandicoot did had some Hanna-Barbera, Disney, and WB SFX in their games. The Learning Company computer games was heavy on the Hanna-Barbera SFX used for cheesy moments. Yoshi's Island on SNES used the WB Pop sound too, while Yoshi's Story had several WB sounds.

Maui Mallard on the Sega Mega Drive only release used some H-B SFX, the Super Nintendo version only used new sounds and a few Disney sounds.

And for some reason, Bugs Bunny Lost in Time fatefully used the WB SFX, including the WB fall sound in the Dinosaur level, some later levels did use some H-B SFX. Sheep Raider was also heavy on the WB SFX with only a few H-B SFX.

Tom & Jerry in House Trap is heavy on the H-B SFX. Heck even the terrible Yogi Bear game on Super Nintendo and Sega Mega Drive (since it was only released in Europe) also had several H-B SFX.

In early Beta tests for "Super Mario 64", one of Mel's screams was used for Mario.
