Fine selection there. I don't mind the inclusion of the "Private Snafu" shorts, but they're not counted as part of the main "classic" shorts and should also be included as bonuses on that disc (like the MGM shorts on the second disc and Bosko, the Talk-Ink Kid on the second volume). Here's some additional suggestions for disc three:
-Dumb Patrol (1931)
-Bosko the Doughboy
-Boom Boom
-What Price Porky
-The Fighting 69 1/2th
-Crazy Cruise
-The Ducktators
-Yankee Dood It

Some of my suggestions may feel like padding, but there's still a lot of things to justify them being here. What do you think?

I'm totally OK with the inclusion of "Dumb Patrol", "Bosko the Doughboy", "Boom Boom", "The Fighting 69th 1/2th" and "The Ducktators". "Crazy Cruise", "What Price Porky?" and "Yankee Dood It!", honestly, feel a bit like filler. (I didn't include CC on there since I haven't seen it [besides a brief clip of Bugs' cameo], so I couldn't consider it a totally wartime cartoon, plus YDI doesn't fit what I'm going for, being post-war.) However, I'll include them.

With this in mind, here's version 2 of my disc lineup for disc 3:
1. Russian Rhapsody
2. Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips
3. Daffy the Commando
4. The Draft Horse
5. Plane Daffy
6. The Ducktators
7. Scrap Happy Daffy
8. Herr Meets Hare

21. Bosko the Doughboy
22. Crazy Cruise
23. What Price Porky?
24. Yankee Dood It
25. Flying Circus

Bonus Features:
Private SNAFU:
1. Spies
2. Rumors
3. Censored
4. Booby Traps
5. The Goldbrick
6. Gripes
7. Three Brothers

Other:
-"The Return of Mr. Hook"
-"Point Rationing of Foods"
-featurette: "Looney Tunes Go to War"
"With all respect to the great mousetrap."- Popeye, "The Spinach Overture" (1935)

Neat revised lineup, but why not put both Dumb Patrols on the disc? It'd be quite an interesting idea, don't you think? (I was thinking about placing Flying Circus on an one-shot disc on a later volume, but we could keep it here, eliminate Yankee Dood It, and include the 1964 Dumb Patrol in its place)

Took a long time to get back to this thread, but just had to throw in some third volume bonus ideas and some stuff about the fourth volume.

Firstly, here's some hints as to what will be on volume four:
-The first thirteen shorts on the Bugs disc (all of the remaining ones from 1942-1947) are mainly in chronological order; I would have put All This and Rabbit Stew on, but being a "Censored Eleven" short and all, it'll have to wait for either volume seven or nine
-There will be a "lot" more shorts from the 1960's on this volume (the first volume had one (The Last Hungry Cat), the second volume had one (Mice Follies), and the third volume has two (the 1964 Dumb Patrol and Flying Circus) - the fourth volume will have roughly five or six)
-"The Early Daze" disc will have ten Boskos, two Buddys, five Porkys, and eight miscellaneous shorts
-I'll try coming up with all 100 shorts for the lineup this time around

And here's some bonus feature suggestions:
-Every short that had an audio commentary on a previous collection will retain it for this set
-Any Bonds Today?
-Behind-the-Tunes: "A Conversation with Tex Avery"
-Almost every Tex Avery documentary that appeared on volume two of the Platinum Collection
-Galleries

What other extras, [new] commentaries, and lobby card/art/cel reproductions could this volume have?

New commentaries:
Mike Barrier on "Coal Black and de Sebben Dwarves", "Golddiggers of '49", "Porky Pig's Feat", "Swooner Crooner", "Bacall to Arms", "The Bear's Tale", "Draftee Daffy"
Greg Ford on "Puss 'n' Booty", "Daffy the Commando", "Hiawatha's Rabbit Hunt", "Scaredy Cat", "Plane Daffy"*

"Porky's Preview" title card cel
"The Crackpot Quail" model sheet

Commentaries I marked with an asterisk were present in previous collections; commentaries marked with an asterisk will be included as "extras", since those shorts did have a commentary beforehand (as I said in my prior post)

Regardless, nice work! I do think there should be some more new bonuses; what new featurettes, documentaries, and the like could be included here?

So apparently no one caught my first attempt to map out the entire program and not only half of it..... I thought my intentions were good, weren't they?

Here's some ideas for bonus features:
-Every commentary for the shorts that had one on DVD and previous Blu-ray releases, plus some new ones
-New Behind-the-Tunes featurettes:
*"The Many Faces of Daffy Duck"
*Featurette on the Bosko cartoons (title TBD)
*"Oscar-Winning Rabbit: Bugs at the Academy Awards"
-The Daffy Duck Show opening and closing sequences
-The Bugs Bunny Show reconstructions and/or recording sessions
*Episode #15
*"Hare Brush"
*"De-duck-tive Story"

Any new commentary ideas? Similarly, what other old and new extras could be included here?

Sorry for the long wait, but here's what I'm thinkin':
Lobby cards of "Baton Bunny", "What Makes Daffy Duck", "Big Man from the North", "Three Little Bops"
Animation drawing of Bugs from opening of "A Hare Grows in Manhattan"
Background of the Peter Lorre mad scientist's lab from "Birth of a Notion"
"With all respect to the great mousetrap."- Popeye, "The Spinach Overture" (1935)
