Why are they playing "The Puppettoons Movie" twice and are not showing "The Great Rupert" (Pal's first feature film)?

I have inquired about this but no reply. I will try this again, pretty please..... Is there ANYONE in the collectors circles that actually grab these and archive them. I love the format, the interviews, the choices and the over presentations on TCM. It would be really nice to be able to have copies of these TCM classic animation nights on MKV files to enjoy. There has to someone of this board crazy enough to do such a thing? Got to be. I however have no means of doing this. Any leads? I know of a lil place they could be shared.
